When I do a Mock inspection, I ask that you do not let your staff know. I enter the Salon just as state board inspector would. (unannounced)
1. Inspection starts in lobby area
2. Bathroom facilities
3. Hair Stations ( violation sheet w/ fines per each station)
4. Treatment rooms ( violation sheet w/ fines per room)
5. Nail Station/ Pedicure Spas (violation sheet w/ fines per station, spa tub)
6. Establishment violation sheet w/ fines per area
Minimum fines start at $100. up to $ 1,000. per violation, Let me save you and your staff thousand in possible fines. Don't be caught off guard!

NEW RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SPA PEDICURE CHARS
Do you know the new law just added to the Rules and Regulations for Pedicure sanitation procedures?
