2. Bathroom facilities
3. Hair Stations ( violation sheet w/ fines per each station)
4. Treatment rooms ( violation sheet w/ fines per room)
5. Nail Station/ Pedicure Spas (violation sheet w/ fines per station, spa tub)
6. Establishment violation sheet w/ fines per area
Minimum fines start at $100. up to $ 1,000. per violation, Let me save you and your staff thousand in possible fines. Don't be caught off guard!
